Kauri Sideboard

Product details:

Kauri sideboard dating back to the early 1900's. The piece has very detailed carvings on the doors as well as down the side. These have been highlighted in gold to make the carvings pop. A real stand out statement piece.

What we did:

The external body has been hand painted in Vintro Chalk paint and then waxed with a Victorian Black wax. 

The internals have all been painted in No Seal Victorian Black.

The gold detailing has been done in gilding wax .

The top has been sanded back and dark wax has been applied to give a old rustic patina and then seal ed using the Extreme Satin Lacquer.
