Autumn Glow - "No Seal" Chalk Paint
An interpretation of the soft peach colour used in Edward John Poynter’s 1882 depiction of “Psyche in the Temple of Love”.
Painted in Victorian neo-classicism style which was based on Classical Greek and Roman art inspired by archaeological discoveries from Herculaneum and Pompeii.
Undertones of yellow and red are picked out to create a warm “glow”, whether it is on a piece of furniture or wall.
